Type 1: Mixed cellulose (CN-CA) micropore filtration membrane
This membrane has nice pore-forming quality, excellent hydrophilic performance and is cost effective, it can be used in a wide temperature span and is anti dilute acid corrosion (not suitable for filtraion of ketone, ester, strong acid and alkaline etc.). In microbial filtration membrane method, there is nice nutrient osmosis bewteen fiter membrane and culture media, colony can grow well under such condition and will not spread obviously during their gowth.
Type 2: Polyether sulfone (PES) micropore filtration membrane
This type membrane has nice chemical and thermo stability, and is applicable for dilute acid, alkaline, arene and most water-soluble alcohols, some esters and ketones. High mechanical strength of it making it not easily get damaged during usage. In microbial filtration membrane method, there is nice nutrient osmosis bewteen fiter membrane and culture media, colony can grow well under such condition and will not spread obviously during their gowth. The ability of culture media base color osmosis control of this membrane allows low base color to permeate, which reduce influence to the final result interpretation.
