Principle
Using two pairs of specific primers and other reagents required for PCR reaction, such as reaction buffer, dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase, add the DNA template sample to be tested, and then carry out PCR amplification reaction. The E/F type botulinum toxin gene can be determined by comparing the target bands of the amplified products.
