Principle

The kit is based on multiplex PCR technology. Two pairs of primers are added to the same PCR reaction system of Cronobacter sakazakii, and the primers specifically bind to the corresponding target sites in the genome of the sample, and simultaneously amplify the PCR reaction of two nucleic acid fragments. The reaction principle, reaction reagents and operation process are the same as those of general PCR. The amplified product is observed by agarose electrophoresis and UV instrument. When two specific bands appear at the target position, it is a positive result.

 

Product features 1.Efficient identification: Rapid identification of Cronobacter sakazakii can be achieved by synchronously amplifying the specific target gene 16s rDNA and outer membrane protein A gene OmpA of Cronobacter sakazakii. 2.Easy to use: The product kit processes the reaction system into freeze-dried powder, and after dissolving, the sample nucleic acid can be added for amplification, reducing the cumbersome solution component configuration process and reducing the result deviation caused by human operation. 3.Low instrument requirements: The operation can be achieved in laboratories with the conditions for conducting molecular biology experiments.
