Detection principle

Based on Real Time PCR technology, primers, fluorescent probes and other reagents required for reaction targeting Shigella specific genes can be added to the sample for amplification. In the amplification process, the fluorescent probe is combined with the target gene fragment, which can be decomposed by Taq enzyme and produce a fluorescent signal. At this time, the fluorescence quantitative PCR instrument can identify the fluorescence signal, and draw the corresponding real-time amplification curve according to its strength change, so as to determine whether Shigella is detected.
