Principle

Utilizing 4 pairs of specific primers and other reagents required for PCR reaction, such as reaction buffer, dNTPs and Taq DNA polymerase, the nucleic acid sample to be tested is added to conduct PCR amplification reaction. The corresponding type of diarrhea-causing Escherichia coli can be determined by comparing the target band combination of the amplified product.
