Based on Real Time PCR technique, primers, fluorescent probes and other reagents for Listeria monocytogenes were added to the samples for amplification. In the process of amplification, the fluorescent probe is bound to the target gene fragment, which can be decomposed by Taq enzyme and produce a fluorescent signal.
