Applications

The infrared inoculation loop sterilizer is a new high-temperature sterilization equipment that can sterilize inoculation loops, inoculation needles, tweezers, small scissors, etc. It is simple to operate, has no open flames, and does not produce turbulent flow. It is an essential small sterilization equipment for purification workbenches and biological safety cabinets. It is not afraid of wind and is safe to use. It can be used in environments such as beside exhaust fans and mobile vehicles. It does not consume oxygen when working and can be used in anaerobic chambers for microbial experiments.

Principle

The items that need to be disinfected are placed in a high-efficiency ceramic infrared heating tube with a temperature of up to 800°C, and burned at high temperature for 5 to 7 seconds to achieve the sterilization effect.
