Usage: Used for the detection of coliform bacteria in the disinfection of meal (cooking) utensils;
             Can also be used for production personnel and production environment surface health detection.

Principle: the lactose bile salt selective medium and TTC chromogenic agent are loaded on the paper, and can grow and ferment lactose acid on the paper after culture is coliform positive.

How to use:
1  Sampling method:
Chopsticks: Take 5 chopsticks as a sample, apply wet paper in a sterile plastic bag to the lower part of the chopsticks (inlet end) (about 5cm), and apply two quick test paper to each sample.
Other food (drinking) utensils: After picking up the wet paper with sterile tweezers, immediately stick to the inner wall surface or the contact with the mouth of the food (drinking) utensils, stick two quick inspection papers to each piece, remove it after 30 seconds, and put it in a sterile plastic bag.

2  Test method: The plastic bag containing the sampled paper was placed at 35ºC~37ºC for 16 ~ 18h.

3  Result judgment: Observe the color change of each piece. If the paper turns yellow and shows red spots or flecks on the yellow background, it is coliform positive; if the paper keeps purple unchanged or shows red spots on the purple background, but there is no yellow around, it is coliform negative.

Storage conditions and shelf life: 2-8ºC light storage

Shelf life: one year, such as found that the paper turns pink is a failure

Note: When picking up wet paper, sterile tweezers should be used to lift the paper from one end first, and then slowly remove the paper to avoid being torn when the paper is taken out.
