 Application:

FlidisPump is used for quantitative distribution of liquid medium (such as nutrient broth, buffer protein, water, physiological saline, etc.) and fluid medium, and various complex liquids such as diluents. The assigned time interval can be set to facilitate automatic dispensing of dispenses while displaying flow or speed. It is ergonomically designed with the newly developed hand-held dispenser. It is easier to control the dispensing volume, prevent liquid spillage when distribute in culture dishes, contact vessels, test tubes, and small-capacity triangular flasks. More accurate and efficient.

 

Features:

1. Standard hand-held dispensers are used to accurately dispense various complex liquids to prevent liquid dripping and spilling.
2. Stepper motor is adopted to reduce the error caused by slowly start of the motor, and the assembly accuracy can reach 0.5%.
3. Low shear design to ensures high precision for dispensing of emulsion, viscous and foamed liquids.
4. Built-in flow correction function to correct the flow automatically.
5. Low noise design, through the intelligent temperature controler , adjust the working voltage of the cooling fan to achieve the mute effect.
6. Built-in 20 repacking programs, which can also be programmed according to the dispensing volume and dispensing speed.
7. Three working modes: liquid volume distribution, time allocation, and replication allocation.
8. With positive and negative direction control, start and stop control, full speed control.
9. Power-down memory function, when the power is turned off by mistake,  restart it and can continue the last assigned setting.
10. With infrared remote control, it can be operated from a distance.
11. RS485 communication, support MODBUS protocol, easy to connect with various control devices.
12. The internal structure adopts double-layer isolation design, and the circuit board is sprayed with three anti-painting processes to achieve dustproof and moisture proof effect.
