Principle Wet tableware coliform bacteria test paper test principle: lactose bile salt selective culture medium and TTC color developer are loaded on the paper, and the coliform bacteria that can grow on the paper and ferment lactose to produce acid after cultivation are positive.
How to use
1. Sampling method: Chopsticks: Take 5 chopsticks as one sample, smear the lower part (inlet end) of the chopsticks (about 5cm) with a wet paper in a sterile plastic bag, and smear two quick test paper for each sample. Other tableware (drinking utensils): After picking up the wet paper with sterile tweezers, immediately stick it on the inner wall surface of the tableware (drinking utensils) that usually contacts food or lips or the contact with lips, stick two quick test paper for each, remove it after 30S, and place it in a sterile plastic bag. 2. Test method: Place the plastic bag containing the sampled paper at 35~37 for 16~18h. 3. Result judgment: Observe the color change of each piece. If the paper turns yellow and shows red spots or flake red halo on the yellow background, it is positive for coliform bacteria. If the paper remains purple or shows red spots on the purple background, but there is no yellow around, it is negative for coliform bacteria.
