Application

With Huankai filter (stainless steel filter cup model or plastic filter cup model), it is improved into a disposable sterile plastic filter cup (with filter membrane) set. Repeat the test by replacing the filter cup set without sterilization. How to use 1. Remove the base on the original stainless steel filter bracket (the original stainless steel filter cup and plastic filter cup model bases can be replaced), sterilize the bracket and install the sterilized adapter base (item number: 00305210) in a sterile environment; 2. Take this product (item number: 00305208) and install it on the base of step 1, that is, the replacement of the old base and filter cup is completed; 3. Add water sample, turn on the pump and valve, remove the plastic filter cup after filtration, and use sterile tweezers to clamp the filter membrane and stick it to the corresponding plate culture medium; 4. Incubate the plate at a suitable temperature for a specified time and count.
