Product Components: Main components: 10 EasylD Yersinia enterocolitica biochemical identification strips, 20 bottles of semi-solid agar, 10 bottles of fermentation additive. Other components: 10 bottles of suspension culture medium, 1 bottle of McFarland turbidimetric tube, 1 bottle of sterile liquid paraffin, 1 bottle of VP reagent solution A, 1 bottle of VP reagent solution B, 1 record sheet, 1 product instruction manual.

Notes: 1. The following supplies need to be provided by the user: micropipette and sterile pipette tips, biochemical incubator, etc. 2. The included suspension culture medium is specific to this kit and cannot be substituted or used for other experiments. 3. A cross-stamped reaction name indicates that the matching reagent needs to be added before incubation; an underlined reaction name indicates that the matching reagent needs to be added after incubation. 4. After adding the bacterial culture to the separatory funnel, try to disperse it evenly. In rare cases, the volume of the reaction well may be close to 100 μL, but this will not affect the reaction results. 5. To avoid contamination, inoculation and addition of matching reagents must be performed in a laminar flow hood or biosafety cabinet. Before incubation, ensure the protective film is firmly attached. Unused matching reagents should be tightly capped and stored in a 2-8 inch container. 6. Do not use if the identification strip is expired or the aluminum foil bag is damaged. 7. This instruction manual is for reuse; please store it properly.
