Product Components: Main components: 10 EasyID Escherichia coli O157:H7/NM biochemical identification strips, 10 bottles of semi-solid agar, 1 bottle of oxidase reagent. Other components: 10 bottles of suspension culture medium, 1 bottle of McFadden turbidimetric tube, 1 bottle of indigo substrate reagent, 1 bottle of sterile liquid paraffin, 1 bottle of VP Reagent A, 1 bottle of VP Reagent B, 1 bottle of methyl red reagent, 1 record sheet, and 1 product instruction manual.

Notes: 1. Reagents and supplies required by the user include: triple sugar iron agar, clean filter paper, micropipette with sterile tips, biochemical incubator, etc. 2. The suspension culture medium included is specific to this kit and cannot be replaced or used for other tests. 3. Underlined reaction names indicate that the reagents must be added after inoculation and before incubation. Underlined reaction names indicate that the reagents must be added after incubation. 4. Methyl red reagent is highly fluid; be extremely careful when adding it to prevent it from dripping into other reaction wells. Unused reagents should be tightly capped, returned to the packaging, and stored at 2-8°C. 5. After adding the bacterial solution to the dispensing chamber, disperse it as evenly as possible. In rare cases, the volume dispensed into a reaction well may approach 100 μL, but this does not affect the reaction results. 6. To avoid contamination, inoculation and addition of the reagents must be performed in a clean bench or biosafety cabinet. Ensure the film is securely attached before incubation. 7. Do not use identification strips if they are expired or if the aluminum foil pouch is damaged. 8. This manual needs to be reused, please keep it properly.
